The automated cutting machine MCA3002 guarantees an excellent performance, being able to cut large quantities of hoses quickly and safely without damaging the steel wefts and the internal and external rubber protection. Through the automated traction set, the operator can precisely control and execute steps of unwinding, marking and cutting in hoses.

The equipment has an exclusive lifting system in the Uncoiler, automatic or manual traction device, exhaust system, water-cooling and double-edged cutting disc and surface treatment on both sides, reducing the friction between the hose and the cutting disc, meeting all the requirements of NR12.

The entire process of cutting can be adjusted using through of a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) touch screen de 7” that allows configuration according to the specific demand of each client, with all the benefits of connectivity 4.0, providing interactive navigation via smartphone, installation of cameras among others.
